  Horrible experience. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered my food. Some burgers and a salad. They said the food would be here in an hour. 2 hours later i get a phone call from the delivery person outside my house asking if she was at the right place. No big deal i thought. Not an impatient person. Well get the food inside open it up and all the food was cold, the burgers and fries. Was happy the salad was cold at least. Well i call and got put on hold 3 times after telling 2 different girls what happened. They said they would give me 10% off my next order. Wasnt very happy about saving 3 dollars off my next order when i just spent 30 on food that I didn't even want to eat at that point. The girl said "sir we are just a bunch of kids here theres nothing more we can do". At this point inwas frustrated. Try to explain that i didnt want the cold food i paid $30 for. She hung up and a few mins later a guy called me and asked if i would like the burgers replaced, said ya. He said they would pick up the cold ones and bring new one. Then he goes on to explain that they dont have enough buns to replace the order but i could have 2 of the 3 burgers. At this point i wasnt chosing who of the 3 of us wasnt going to eat so i ended the call and decided to make some raviolis to eat instead. The whole thing was frustrating and a joke. Not the 1st time they ruined my meal but will be the very last time fersure. Very disappointed to say the least

  We ordered a couple of Calzones and some garlic bread on a Wednesday evening. We were promised an hour and ten minutes. After over and hour and a half I called back and was told that either the young lady who answered the phone or her boss would be there in about 10 minutes and would leave momentarily, our food hadn't even left yet?! When the food arrived it was mainly bread and grease. Very little toppings. The garlic bread had a single streak of yellow down the very middle, the rest was just plain bread. The sides of marinara we ordered were also not delivered. Both times we called we were immediatly placed on hold, the first time for over 5 minutes.

  Food would be great if it was hot when delivered. Kids answer the phone put you on hold 20 times if u have a problem because they have no idea what's going on.... they were 30min late on top of the hr they said it would take... said they would give a 10 percent discount that's the best they can do. Looks lIke we are going to bed hungry.
